Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms explain the basis on which you may use the Amur Solar Energy website. They also set out how our published information, quotations and enquiries work. They do not replace the contract for any system we go on to supply or install, that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the signed contract wins.
This website is operated by Amur Solar Energy LLC, a limited liability company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at 145 Al Mustaqbal Street, Office 905-22, Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We recommend you keep a copy for your records.
We may amend these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the site, so please check it when you return.
You may use this website for your own business or personal purposes, and to consider or request the products and services we offer. You may print or download extracts for those purposes.
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that harms any person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
- introduce any malware, or launch any denial-of-service or automated attack against the site;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site, or reproduce any substantial part of it for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
Misuse of a website or an information system is an offence under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes. We may report misuse to the competent authorities.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site or its content will always be available or uninterrupted.
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and in the material published on it, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and technical specifications. Those rights are protected by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and by the corresponding laws of other countries, and all such rights are reserved.
You may not copy, adapt, republish or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Where you are permitted to use content, our status as the author must be acknowledged and you must not alter the material.
Product names, manufacturer marks and third-party logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
When you send us an enquiry, request a survey or send information such as an electricity bill, you confirm that you are entitled to share that information with us and that it is accurate as far as you are aware.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you, preparing a proposal, and engineering and delivering any system you go on to order.
Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to hold, and do not send sensitive personal data, such as health information, through this website. Anything you send is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may decline to respond to, or may delete, any submission that is unlawful, offensive or abusive.
The content on this site is published for general information. Performance figures, savings percentages, payback periods and capacity statements are illustrative. They depend on the specific site, roof, load profile, tariff, ambient temperature, soiling and irradiance, and they are not a promise of the results you will achieve.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by your use of the site. A binding commitment arises only when we issue a written quotation or contract and it is accepted in accordance with its own terms.
Any quotation we issue is valid only for the period stated in it, and is based on the information available to us at the time and on a site survey where one has been carried out. Product availability, specification and pricing may change. Prices are exclusive of UAE Value Added Tax unless the quotation says otherwise.
Connecting a solar system to the local distribution network requires the approval of the relevant utility and any other competent authority. Where a quotation assumes such an approval, that is stated in it, and we cannot guarantee that a third party will grant it.
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Please take professional advice before acting on anything published here.
Where this site links to third-party websites, or refers to third-party manufacturers or installation partners, those links and references are provided for information only. We do not control those third parties and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
Manufacturer warranties on the equipment we supply are given by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms. We will tell you what those terms are and help you make a claim, but we do not extend or replace them unless we say so in writing.
Installation work carried out by our partners is performed under the arrangements set out in your contract with us.
We never exclude our liability where UAE law does not allow us to. In particular, nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross fault, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to your use of this website.
If you are a business user: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption or loss of data arising out of your use of this website, whether the claim is framed in contract, in tort or otherwise.
If you are a consumer: we are liable for loss or damage you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. This does not affect your statutory rights, see the next section.
If you deal with us as a consumer rather than as a business, you have rights under UAE consumer protection law that these terms do not affect, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, issued by Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023.
Among other things, those laws give you the right to accurate information about what you are buying and its total price, to goods and services that match their description and are fit for their purpose, to an invoice, and to have a defect put right, replaced or refunded.
If you buy from us remotely, the Executive Regulations give you a period in which you may cancel and return goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions they set out, for example goods made to your specification. Where such a right applies to something you order from us, we will set out in your contract documents how to exercise it, and the effect of asking us to start work before the period ends.
If you want to complain and we have not resolved it with you, you can raise it with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism on 600 522 225 or through moet.gov.ae, or with the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai through consumerrights.gov.ae. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumer rights conferred by UAE law may also be pursued through the channels described in the section above.
To contact us about these terms, email info@solar-service.ae, or write to us at Amur Solar Energy LLC, 145 Al Mustaqbal Street, Office 905-22, Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For a complaint about work carried out, please contact us first so that we can put it right.
